Operation and maintenance:
1. Check that the power supply voltage should be consistent with the nameplate. Note that the power socket should be equipped with a reliable electric grounding wire. The power supply voltage should not be greater than 10% of the rated voltage, otherwise it must be equipped with a hidden voltage device before it can be used.
2. Before use, the inside of the meat grinder must be guided and locked. The front nut must be properly tightened.
3. To be ground meat, the skin, tendons and bones must be cut into strips.
4. Turn on the motor, and put the material into the barrel after normal operation. It is strictly forbidden to press the material by hand, and the glue stick must be used.
5. If the meat is slow or mushy, it should be repaired as follows.
a. The front nut is too loose and the meat grinder is not in contact with the orifice plate properly, so it should be tightened.
b. The orifice plate is blocked and should be dredged.
c. The meat grinder is blunt and should be sharpened or not replaced.
6. Pay attention to cleanliness and clean the meat parts after use.
